Emuna is the largest catering company offering glatt kosher meals in the Los Angeles area, in addition to being the largest producer of grab n’ go meals in Southern California. Emuna both prepares and assembles dietary meals, including bulk kosher salads and sandwiches for airlines, hospitals, hotels, convention centers, and other institutions in the operating facility in Hawthorne, California. We strive to provide the utmost level of services and products to our customers, who include Ralphs Market, Los Angeles Convention Center, Kroger, Staples Center, Gate Group, Malaysia Airlines, Turkish Airlines, LSG Sky Chefs, Singapore Airlines, Flying Food Group, UCLA health.
Emuna was founded by John Noohian, who has over 12 years of experience in marketing and producing kosher foods in the Western United States and is overseen by Saeed Parhizi, who holds more than 23 years of experience in airline catering. Our experienced workforce strives to provide top quality fresh and frozen food products to markets, cafeterias, schools, hotels, airlines, hospitals and more. We even offer trendy meals to best serve your customers’ desires. Our direct distribution via our two operating locations based in Los Angeles County makes catering an ease. Emuna’s products are sold throughout California, Nevada, Texas, and Arizona, making our services a prime choice for businesses with multiple locations, as well as private and corporate events held throughout these areas.
