“ We were staying in Long Beach, CA for the weekend for a family wedding. Shabbat at the hotel was a big challenge. Thankfully someone put me in touch with John of Emuna, and Emuna did all of the work for us. Not only did John prepare two great meals for us, but he also contacted the hotel and – after they had told me they would not do this – he convinced them to heat our dinner for us (carefully double-wrapped) in their oven, so we didn’t have to eat cold food. I just recently had my catering done by Emuna and I just want to express how wonderful they were. After having been disappointed by the first caterer I had approached, who actually walked out on me because I had taken the price he had quoted for me at face value and he wanted more and I couldn’t give him more, Emuna was like a breath of fresh air. First of all, the price quoted is exactly as it is, there are no hidden fees. 2nd of all, walking into their facility and seeing the neat climate-controlled area was also very welcoming. John and Saeed were also very patient with me, guiding me step by step through their menu, and working as much as possible to match my budget. But the best of all is that my guests were raving about the taste of the food. (The sea bass was my favorite). What more do you want, Glatt Kosher food that’s affordable, neatly prepared, and tastes super good! Thank you Emuna! I rate you 5 out of 5 stars for the wonderful work.
